We formulated an indoor-outdoor city street concept where single shops were treated like stand-alone buildings (or 'Palazzos') within the shopping centre main building. The innovative design integrates tree-lined internal and external streets, squares, grand staircases, children and recreational areas, balconies, a multitude of restaurants and cafes. With a wealth of different vistas, and site-lines where shops and signage are always the ultimate focal point, Il Centro arouses curiosity and emotions, and delivers an exciting shopping and entertainment experience.
